bodyrepair.app uses artificial intelligence to draft rehabilitation, metabolic, hypertrophy and nourishment protocols, to summarise clinical intake, and to power the AI consultant. AI is not used to make automated clinical decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We rely on managed large-language-model providers accessed through a governed gateway. Prompts and responses are routed server-side; the platform does not disclose your identity to the model provider beyond what is required to fulfil the request.
Every AI-generated plan passes through deterministic safety logic. Contra- indicated movements are removed based on your somatic map, conservative macro and load defaults are enforced during pregnancy and lactation, and red-flag indicators trigger a referral pathway rather than a training plan.
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing generated by the AI consultant constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or prescription. Always seek the guidance of a qualified clinician for medical concerns.
The AI receives only the data required to produce a useful response: your screening summary, active plan, recent logs and the current question. We do not use your personal data to train third-party foundation models.
A qualified reviewer curates the underlying protocol library, safety rules and citations that constrain the AI. You may share your record with a clinician of your choosing via a time-limited secure link.
You may decline the AI consultant while continuing to use the deterministic protocol library. Withdrawing consent for AI processing is available from your profile and takes effect immediately for new requests.
Questions about AI usage should be sent to hello@dmst.co.uk.
