Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 22 July 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of bodyrepair.app (the platform). By creating an account or continuing to use the platform, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Nature of the service

bodyrepair.app provides structured rehabilitation, metabolic and hypertrophy guidance informed by clinical screening. The platform supports, and does not replace, professional medical care. Content is educational and does not constitute a diagnosis, prescription or medical treatment.

3. Eligibility and clinical consent

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You are required to complete the clinical screening honestly and to re-sign consent when the clinical terms are revised. You must consult a qualified clinician before acting on any protocol where you have a relevant medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are under specialist care.

4. Accounts and access tiers

Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Access to features is governed by your subscription tier. We may vary tiers, pricing and included features on reasonable notice; existing paid periods will not be shortened as a result.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, extract data by automated means, or use the platform to provide clinical advice to third parties without express written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All protocols, editorial content, code and branding remain the property of bodyrepair.app and its licensors. You retain ownership of the personal data and logs you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process them to operate the service.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bodyrepair.app is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from failure to follow the clinical guidance and safety notices presented within the platform.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or present a safety risk to the user or others.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Contact
